I produced Ruth Jones' Radio Show on BBC Radio Wales & have appeared in several self-penned sketches

with Ruth Jones in her for chat shows on BBC2 & BBC1 Wales. I was also assistant producer on Ruth's first chat show.

I presented a weekly music show on in South Wales from 2008 - 2011. 

2003 - 2008 I worked at as creative audio producer with Johnny Vaughan and Denise Van Outen at

During this time I also presented a Saturday morning show on South Wales.

1998 to 2003 - I was roving reporter and breakfast show producer at Red Dragon in Cardiff. For the 5 years I was there we were number 1 in the market.

2002 - I won the Gold award at the New York TV and Radio Festival for a series of comedic spoof

interviews I produced and presented for The Breakfast Show.

FILM

I have written, directed and produced several short films including, The Hobbyist , which won the people’s choice award in the National Virgin Media Shorts competition. It was shown in 220 cinemas across the U.K.

I film, produce and edit several corporate events for companies websites including The Baby Show (Earls Court), The Spirit of Christmas (Olympia), The Caravan and Motorhome Show (NEC) and The Comfort Prima High Street Fashion Awards.

I starred as a trainspotter in the film, "Ar A Tracs" written by Ruth Jones.

I filmed, produced and edited the majority of the video content involved with the Capital Radio breakfast show from 2003 – 2008. My Youtube channel has had over 350,000 video views.

WRITING & PERFORMING

Before getting into radio I performed stand up comedy for 2 years on the London circuit and won 3 New Act of the Year awards. This lead to writing comedy scripts for BBC Radio 4’s The Weekending and sketches on British Forces Broadcasting Service.

My writing has also included;
Commercial radio scripts for major clients including; Disney, Nike, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Orange and O2.

Corporate host speeches for Johnny Vaughan and Craig Doyle.
